Factopia collects very limited information.
The app may store:

- Basic app settings (such as notification time)
- Information regarding your "Pro" subscription status and purchase history to provide access to premium features.
Most data is stored locally on the device, but subscription data is managed via our service provider, RevenueCat.
02. Notifications
Factopia may request permission to send daily fact notifications.
These notifications are completely optional. You can disable them anytime in the app settings.
03. Location and Tracking

Feedback & Submissions
Feedback and fact submissions are processed via external forms. If you choose to submit a fact or feedback, you may optionally provide an email address. This is used solely to contact you regarding your specific submission.
Third-Party Processing
By using these forms, you acknowledge that any information provided is subject to the service provider's privacy policy.
Analytics
We use anonymous identifiers to help us understand app usage and improve performance (see Section 5).
Payments & Subscriptions
We do not collect or store your credit card numbers or bank account information. All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. These platforms share anonymous purchase tokens with us (via RevenueCat) to verify your access to Pro features.
User Submissions & Feedback
When you submit a fact or send feedback, we collect the information you provide (such as fact text, optional image, and optional email address). These submissions are securely transmitted to our internal system (Telegram) for review and improvement purposes. Email addresses are only used to respond to your submission if needed and are not shared or used for marketing.
4.5 Advertising
Factopia displays advertisements to support free access to the app. These ads may be provided by third-party advertising networks such as Google AdMob.
These providers may use:
- Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID)
- General app usage signals
- Anonymized interaction data
This information is used only to show relevant or contextual advertisements. Factopia does not share your personal identity with advertisers.
You can easily opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.

We use third-party service providers to help us understand how Factopia is being used and to ensure the app runs smoothly.
